You Are What You Eat

Did you hear the story about the man who is 109 years old? I just read this story and I LOVE the advice that he has to give about food… he has been following a whole foods diet focusing most of his intake on primarily raw fruits and vegetables and fish, eating other meats only occasionally.

It is so fun to see someone who has gained so much longevity in his life and he attributes it to food. He is a great example of eating healthy and living a full life! 🙂
